IT Service Management System Practices in Kenya
This research investigates ITSM adoption and adaptation, and the challenges faced by leading Kenyan companies. Using a case study approach and guided by ISO/IEC 20000 and ITIL frameworks, the study highlights how Kenyan organizations successfully leverage ITSM to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and innovation capabilities. Findings offer recommendations for businesses in Kenya seeking to optimize their IT service delivery for competitive advantage in a rapidly digitizing economy.
Introduction Economic and Psychological Well-Being During COVID-19 Pandemic in Albania, A Need for Sustainability
The findings of this research are that females report more optimism in 2023, both related to economic and psychological well-being, but further investigation is needed. Moreover, the young population reports a general decrease in psychological well-being, not considering life enjoyable. Despite monthly revenues, participants’ perception of economic problems is very high, even after the COVID-19 waves. These findings, in line with the SDG’s agenda in Albania, require attention and continuous observation to achieve economic and well-being Sustainability.

Case Study – Developing a National Research and Evidence Base for The Health and Wellbeing Chapter of The Welsh Government’s 2023 Innovation Strategy for Wales
This paper presents research informing the Welsh Government’s (WG) Health and Wellbeing chapter of the new Innovation Strategy for Wales (ISW). WG recognises the need for a cross portfolio Innovation Strategy to bring greater coherence and alignment to our existing Welsh health and social care innovation ecosystem, particularly in a post EU environment.Our analysis of qualitative data collected through an extensive consultation process led to the emergence of areas of prioritisation for the ISW. Three areas of prioritisation were identified in the analysis: a) Creating coherency across the innovation ecosystem, where every partner understands their role; b) Focusing innovation activity on NHS Wales organisational needs/priorities, generating ‘Innovation Pull’; c) Creating an ‘adoption ready’ pipeline of innovation externally into health and social care at scale, creating an ‘Innovation Push’ offer.
