The study shows and indicates that to reduce the stress and enhance the performance of employees, wherever possible, specifically during a crisis, working operations need to be organized by employers.
Excessive pressure emanating from economic recession, heavy competition, modern and rapid technological changes, coupled with demands of jobs have emerged as key drivers of work-related stress amongst employees.
The study investigated the impact of work stress on employee productivity. The study sought to find out how work-related stress could affect the productivity of banking staff of Faisalabad, Pakistan. In addition, it identified certain factors which contribute to work stress among banking.
