The purpose of study is to investigate the influence of e-procurement on the performance of state corporations in Kenya. The data collected was statistically analysed to test content validity and reliability. In addition, a simple regression model was used conducted to test relationship between e-procurement and the performance of state corporations in Kenya.
The study provides a holistic approach in the application and use of the competitive tendering methods for improving the performance of devolved systems of governments as a way of promoting accountability of the use of public resources.
