The study was grounded on the positivist philosophy informed by the quantitative paradigm. The target population comprised of all ISO 9001 certified organisations in Zimbabwe and a sample size of 121 respondents.
The study shows and indicates that to reduce the stress and enhance the performance of employees, wherever possible, specifically during a crisis, working operations need to be organized by employers.
Moderating Effect of Environmental Uncertainties on the Relationship between Risk Hedging Supply Chain Strategy in Kenya
